Have you considered having a larger version done on one nipple - covering the whole thing? The negative space could be done in a very light grey or left empty leaving a glimmer of what your nipple used to look like before you covered it in ink in act of submission.

You could leave the other nipple empty for now until you meet a D/Master. You then have something left to offer up for them to do with as they please (tattoo wise) and they have something over you in that they can cover your remaining nipple and hide it forever if they so please.

No updates as yet but I should be having another sitting on Wednesday but we shall see...Still thinking about how I'm going to ink my nipples might just do one first swaying more towards a black heart rather than a star... Hopefully butterfly wings will be going on soon I'm still undecided on whether I want colour or more of a tribal design.. I have attached 2 pictures of sort of designs I'm looking at although the colour one would be a bit different as I don't like the colours used but it shows general idea

Defiantly think with the size of the black hole/body the wings should be bigger. I like the black tribal but needs to be larger and thicker line work, more bold if you get my meaning.

For the pussyfly, just my 2c, I'd opt for a combination of one and two. Really thick black lines and some color of you choice to fill.

Nipple harts sounds like a nicer option as opposed to stars. Damn star tattoos are everywhere nowadays, don't get stars

Oh, and the wings. They should definitely be bigger than the in the previews you posted
