I’m currently building a research/reference list about rare female genital and perineal piercings, especially unusual posterior placements seen on adult performers, nude/alternative models, SuicideGirls, pole dancers and strippers.
I originally focused only on the Fourchette piercing, but I realized that this is probably too restrictive.
A lot of older forums, adult databases and even Reddit posts use very inconsistent terminology. The same general area can be described as:
Fourchette
female guiche
taint piercing
perineum piercing
rear piercing
ass piercing / asshole piercing
posterior labia piercing
piercing behind the vaginal opening
piercing between the vagina and anus
So for this search I am deliberately using a broader anatomical zone:
any piercing starting around the vaginal vestibule/posterior vaginal opening and continuing through the posterior labial/fourchette/perineal area toward the anus.
I am NOT claiming that all of these are Fourchettes.
In fact, one of the main reasons I am asking here is that experienced piercers may be able to help distinguish:
true Fourchette vs female guiche vs posterior labial piercing vs surface/perineal placement vs other unusual placements.
Public performers/models I have already found
Jada Stevens — mainly 2010s
Older adult-performer databases list a “taint” piercing among her piercings. This is one of the cases that made me realize that searching only for the word “Fourchette” misses a lot of material.
Aiden Aspen — around 2013
Old forum/Reddit discussions identify her as having a pierced “taint”. Different people have described the same general placement using words such as taint, guiche and even ass piercing.
Riae / SuicideGirls — late 2010s to around 2020
Posterior piercing visible in photo material. Some people online described it incorrectly as an anal/ass piercing rather than using a technical piercing name.
Iris Rose — approximately mid/late 2010s
I have visual references showing a posterior piercing in the area I am researching, but I have not yet found a reliable technical description of the exact placement.
Dana DeArmond — 2010s, exact piercing period uncertain
Another visual reference. Her normal biographies mainly mention her hood/genital piercings and do not seem to document the posterior placement well.
Nevaeh — documented in 2013
A stripper who publicly described having her “taint pierced”, specifically referring to the area between the vulva and anus.
@theskinsirenn — 2026
Pole dancer/performer and one of the clearest modern references I have found. She publicly described having a genuine Fourchette piercing, reportedly pierced twice.
I also have an anonymous Reddit reference showing what appears to be a combination of:
VCH + Princess Albertina/Albertina-type piercing + posterior Fourchette-type piercing
with different jewelry visible in different photos.
Anonymous examples are useful to me too. I am not interested in identifying private people — only in the piercing itself, its placement, jewelry, healing history and terminology.
I am especially interested in stripper / pole-dancer references
Old strip-club forums contain several discussions mentioning women with “taint piercings”, sometimes even speaking about them in the plural.
Unfortunately, the dancers’ stage names are often missing.
That suggests there may have been considerably more posterior genital/perineal piercings among dancers than are documented in normal piercing databases.
So if anyone here remembers:
a stripper
pole dancer
adult performer
cam model
fetish model
SuicideGirl
nude model
with a piercing anywhere in this posterior genital/perineal region, I would really appreciate the name or reference.
Even uncertain cases are welcome.
Piercers: your experience would be especially valuable
I would also really like to hear from experienced piercers.
Have you ever performed or seen unusual female placements in this general region that were:
technically different from a standard Fourchette?
a female guiche?
unusually deep posterior labial piercings?
multiple Fourchettes?
experimental posterior placements?
combinations involving VCH, HCH, Triangle, Princess Albertina, inner labia, Fourchette or guiche?
placements that looked promising initially but migrated or rejected?
older techniques or jewelry designs that are rarely used today?
I am particularly interested in how piercers classified these placements anatomically, rather than simply how clients described them.
If you know of older portfolios, BME archives, studio galleries or piercers who experimented with unusual genital placements, those references would also be extremely useful.

If possible, please include:
model/performer name, if she is a public performer
approximate year
piercing name, if known
exact anatomical location
jewelry type
whether it was permanent/healed or temporary
migration/rejection history
piercer/studio
photo set, interview, forum thread or other public reference
For anonymous members who have their own piercing, there is absolutely no need to reveal your identity. A description of the piercing and your experience is already useful.
My main research period is 2010 to the present, although older cases are welcome if they help explain the history or development of these placements.
