The way this girl's ears have stretched is very unusual. Anybody know why they would have stretched this way?

I think it is just combination of stretchy skin, good anatomy (big lobes naturally), good placement of the initial hole and definitely no additional cutting along the ear lobe

No. I wish I could find out who she is! This is a screen capture from a video of an outdoor concert of traditional Sami (reindeer herders of Scandinavia) ethnic music, and she was in the audience as the camera panned past.

That's Jade Winston with the stretched helix. She's stitched up her lobes since then, but she still has the helixes stretched.
