Very sexy! Could be the real thing. It seems quite likley, Vallerio Cancellier, a well known italian tattoo artist, would not advertise with a fake tattoo. Did you find those pics on her Insta? I only see two portrait photos there.

Definitely real. I saw her before in other tattoo artists publication. Thanks for finding her insta. She got her head tattooed today.

The hand tattoos and clothes are too consistent across photos for it to be AI.
