If it was real, her eyes would be completely swollen. But they are not.
They say, that it was done in 3 settings. But in the hole video, she wears the same clothes...

it is a fake. In the march 3rd update of the following article it is disclosed. She appeared on TV and said very roughly translated: "it was a publicity stunt of course. An artist has only limited possibilities, if you don't have a huge budget."
