the "Dr Evil" guy is either Russian, or some variant of former-Soviet-bloc, he used to post a little bit here and there on the BME / Extreme or BME / Hard (dont recall which) galleries. The chick he did these to, there was actually a whole pictorial with the needles in and all kinds of stuff. Post-this, there were few posts though, although iirc she got some more tattoo work and a scant few more piercings, though I recall it as something that I would have *wanted* to see the net result of.
