Yes, it did have an effect on e's anal sphincter but also on her state of mind, deepening her sense of submission and sense of pride in being.

her sphincter muscles are both stronger and are more readily relaxed - she is more readily penetrated and stretched. It is very important to keep the area lubricated - finding the correct long lasting lubricant is important. We also alternated her through 3 different plugs not just the X large rosebud but also a couple of plugs which were non-metal but of a bigger shaft diameter at the sphincter.

Comfort is the key to long term wear. Having a halter that will hold the plug in and at the same time prevent it from being fully taken into the body is important and keeping the anus and sphincter lubricated without it being too wet is critical to long term wear. If the pelvic halter that holds the plug is comfortable for the wearer, sitting is not a problem or issue. The only time plug wearing could become an issue is if she is wearing something which would show the pelvic halter through her clothing. On those occasions when we are out and she requests to go to the bathroom and needs to defecate rather than just urinate, she will remove it herself, clean it and reinsert it. she always carries a small vial of lubricant in her purse for such, and other, occasions which require her to lubricate either her ass or pussy or both.
