Thank you for your great pics. Your tattoos will be unique.
I think, your butterfly should be bigger than you show on your pics. And you need bright colours!
Black hearts will be really nice. In my opinion you should not cover all your aerolas with the hearts, because they are rather big and it would look too bold. Perhaps hearts on the nipples and around the hearts some other things? Perhaps little dots or stars, and a black sourrounding of the aerola?

thankyou all for your inputs.. & Caedmon I have already seen them 2 pictures the last one is beautiful but I want mine to be unique and I'm not sure about piercings yet I might get one

The others do not have the black which would make your butterfly still pretty unique. Together with black rings that might give a little three-dimensional look.
Some of the examples below might need silver rings though.

Noooo - grab a sharpy and draw some little legs and antennae on it before it's rebirth as a butterfly! And leaf for it to munch on

Not keen on the seashell nipples haha! Think its deffo black hearts for me
but then I'm tempted to completely cover both my boobs hmm I keep changing my mind lol oh dear!

I believe a mandala pattern is perfect for the nipples and breasts. Nipples should be blacked out, like this:

I think, that's really a good idea. But it depends on the size of the nipples...
