Deep Nipple piercing in the areola?

I always pierce in the areola just under the nipples, because my slaves are going to wear large heavy rings.
Anyway, with time after healing, nipples get bigger and then, the rings seems to be at the base, no more in the areola...if pierced in the nipple, with such heavy rings, the nipples tend to bend with bad visual effect. Here is my former slave Chloe.

I usually pierce my slave's tits at 4mm, then stretch after healing to 5mm...
I recently pierced my slave Irina's tits vertically deep in the areolas, but I removed the 3mm barbells after 5 months, because I was not ready (so she wasn't) to wait more than one year to have a chance to heal properly, considering it took nearly two years to have her horizontal piercings perfectly healed...

I am not aware of a single case in which vertical nipple piercings have healed properly completely. Even the best healed ones I know sometimes start to be sore - no comparison with horizontal nipple piercings.

I've always wanted to try a 45° offset cross, but haven't been able to convince a willing victim yet.
