You Know, at the time, there was no piercing studios, and I was well known in the BDSM community in Lyon, the town where I was living...
No, it is not an Isabella like the one I have done later to slave Misty's clit. For Zoé, it was a vertical clit piercing, but it had to be removed after some weeks, too much discomfort because the barbell was pushed out. Then, her clit got re-pierced horizontally and a ring was placed, as you can see on the following photos taken some weeks later and fully healed.
To prevent the hood to push on the ring, I pierced the hood AND the clit horizontally, passed the ring through both, then, once the clit healed (it took only several weeks), the ring was removed from the hood, so the holes in it healed in a few days and no scars were visible after 2 weeks.
