There is a fresh camwhore Cora Wren, she had her tits pierced below the areolas, though they didn't last long.

The latest video is 4 months old - so it's difficult to say whether she still has the second one. In any case, she has already taken out the first one.
In addition, the piercing in the video doesn't look particularly healthy either - not directly infected, but still not well healed.

The only deep nipple piercings I currently know of that seem to work are the ones from Anuskatzz, but considering the size, I wouldn't necessarily call them piercings anymore.

To be fair, I don't think it's been tried out that much, and certainly not in a well thought out way. Cora's were going to migrate because of how thin they were. I think the best bet would be a bit thicker to heal properly. Also, perhaps a woman who understood advanced mods a bit better to take proper care.

If anyone would know their stuff, it'd be Anuskatzz. It looked like the PTFE ones they were working with were ~3/8" / 10mm diameter. Anuskatzz had to take those out due to complications healing them and most recently has been trying dual ~10ga much closer forward. TBD how those work out but I haven't seen them present in the more recent Psyland videos.

I wish she had tried deep breast piercings horizontally. I think, given her care and understanding of extreme mods, they would have worked for her. The vertical ones just pushed against a slanted area on the top, and likely tried to migrate forward from pressure. Horizonal, at the base, would reduce the outward pressure and, given extreme care, could have formed a fistula and healed.
