But I can't find any websites for these women.

The first image is a montage because they used a photograph by Alarac (whom I greet) as a base for work, and the person depicted is Irina. They changed the head and the face.
For the second image, I have seen this woman multiple times, whom I find beautiful, and it seems to me that she hasn't been altered, though I don't know the person.
