There is alot of ressources and tutorials online. Just google "Stablediffusion".
If you just want to play around a bit, you can also find a lot of AI that you can try online. Though most online versions are limited (no image-to-image, no upscaling, no inpainting, no loras, often with censoring).
If you really want to get into it, you want to run the AI on your own hardware. https://civitai.com/ is the place where you will find tons of models to download.
