Our experience with flesh tunnels is that they occasionally (twice a month or so) need to be taken out, and cleaned to avoid caking/buildup of dried skin etc.., and changed out for a ring/barbell for a few days to a week to allow the flesh at the edge of the piercing to breath - to get some air.
Our experience is that there are plateaus of sizing up and you have, at least, visually achieved a wonderful, striking and "hot" balance at this current level.
That having been stated, you might consider gauging up the outer pussy lip piercings to 10mm so they are the same size as the clit hood piercing/flesh tunnels.

she was talking of trying to stop at 10mm all round but the hood is already at 12mm
as for regular changing and cleaning that my favorite job.
