I have a PA and am in the process of cutting a subincision from the PA down. Am down about 2 inches. Feels great.

Had both nipples pierced. Unfortunately one side started to outgrow so i had to take it out. The other is stretched to 5mm at the moment. Will continue to stretch - the bigger the better.

Start to think about getting a PA.

Hello everybody,
yes I have both pierced nipples, and wearing there now 4mm rods. And before I get my PA, I cut my frenulum away so that my glans completely exposed. Meanwhile, from the PA a Apadravya made that was great

Got a PA about 20 years ago.

Have stretched it up to 9mm and usually wear a curved barbell.
