5th picture down is Corrie Russel, who designed a system of chastity for herself with a belt that had no locks and was purportedly permanent. She was pierced with barbells that had a small connector button in the middle; each barbell connected her labia together and the button was then slipped through the slot in her belt to attach her genitals to the belt. Thus, in addition to being secured under the shield, they were also closed via piercing and any chance of slipping a finger or other object under the shield to touch her was minimalized or eliminated.

She's kind of an internet urban legend that way, as her original page is long gone and it's recreations have largely disappeared as well. I found a forum link with most of the text and photos that I remember, it's certainly an intriguing story.

Nobody seems to know how long she stayed belted, there just isn't anything out there beyond what's in that link.
