Can't say I understand this kink of getting off on women "destroying themselves" but I'm genuinely interested, can someone explain it?

Does the kink get stronger knowing that she could regret the tattoos/piercings/eyeballs but be trapped in a ruined body? And how do you reconcile that with her being genuinely miserable/distraught should that happen?

Of course... she obviously likes what she's done to herself (for now) so maybe that's a moot point.
