There are four photos of Junii Salmon who got her suit in Japan. She then went to San Francisco because no one in Japan would teach her tattooing. She worked with Ed Hardy, married Bill Salmon and now works with him at Diamond Club Tattoo in San Francisco. This was in the 70's/80's.
