As LilLurker said, you could go to http://www.pfarchive.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and pay $30 a month to see your own pictures... Attachments in posts that are older than 30 days (I think) are moved to this archive and no longer visible in the post.

or

go to "user control panel" (top menu)
and click "manage attachments" (left menu)
You should now see a list of all attachments you uploaded.

To avoid pics disappearing into the archive you could use an external host like http://www.postimage.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Just upload your pics there, copy-paste the code and you're done
