Emla cream works really well for us with piercings - totally numbs the area....but I don't know if the effect would last long enough for a tattoo as it wears off after a 1/2 hr or so.

I second the Emla cream, not only god for piercings but it also works well with tattoos.
Best would be the nipple in black or the nipple as a red heart and the star in black. Black would highlight the nipple piercing esp when you have gemstones in the balls.

I normally get enraged at the standard call of "make the nipples black" on here BUT black hearts inside the red stars would look really unique or maybe black stars in the red stars.

hi, as of now there have been no changes to her nipples. thanks for your comments and ideas. hopefully soon she'll be getting them both completely coloured in red and getting them pierced vertically too. both very excited. will post pics when its happened. the wife has been very inspired by pwardy and kinkerbelle's posts. we're both very turned on of the thought of her lips clit and inside of her cunt to be tattooed black too. would love to hear your input. maybe you'll be able to convince her to make her mind up and agree to go ahead and get it done. attached are some tattoos she has had done in the last year or so.
