Good luck getting her to 10mm! We have been having recent success with wrapping plumber's tape in gradually increasing amounts around the barbells. My nipple is now 0ga (8mm) on it's way to 10mm and my wife's HCH is now 6ga (4mm) and she's hardly noticed! I wish I'd discovered that trick years ago!!
