Going by the tattooed neklace, I would say that's Hiromi Nakano.

Pity the video quality is that bad.

She wrote a book called "A Tattooist Wife" which I have. I include some photos from it.
The book was published in 1988 so she is in her 50's or 60's.

I don't think she has a facebook or instagram page.

The book is in japanese. I got some translation software & translated it about 25 years ago. I haven't got a copy of it. The software dosn't work on Windows 10. She was working as a hostess in a "buy me drinky bar" which she hated. Then she met Horicho who straightened her out. They got married, got her body suit and wrote a book. I remember her saying that she once sat for 6 hours. I can't remember any thing else. It was a long time ago.
