Umm, right click -> "save picture as.." or something like that.
Should be possible in any browser.

I just checked and you're right, it doesn' work in default firefox.
You can change that behaviour by going to
edit>preferences>javascript>advanced
and uncheck the "allow changing/disabling of the context menu" box.
( I actually don't have an english version version of firefox, so the exact wording might be a bit different).

Also, it does work using the opera browser. Don't know about IE.
