I love the look and the dedication required to maintain them. The message they send when seen under a tight sweater drives me insane.

These came from Wildcat in Brighton.
Practical but not so pretty. Good for training the nipples, but not so neat when worn under clothing. However, you can shorten the scews to the right length once you have achieved your target, so they don't stick out so much.
You should find the "fixed" length ones (based on gold wire) easily enough on the internet, or get a local jeweller to make you a custom size pair?
CAC do some very nice ones if you can afford it?
