Hi, I used a 1.7mm barbell. Over time, I want to stretch it up to 3 mm, that will be enough... The barbell does not pass through the urethra. It didn't bleed at all. Pain bearable. I injected myself, very slowly...

How did you get it positioned correctly? I believe there's a pretty big blood passage (the corpus cavernosum?) and can be a pain if you hit it?
