Where do you get your large-size jewelry?

I have a 6ga apadravya and I really struggle to find jewelry for it. I'm looking for a 1 1/4" - 1 3/8" or around 32mm. I found a couple of custom options from BodyArtForms but I hate the thought of spending $70-$100 on a single piece of jewelry that I don't know for sure will fit.
