Looks very real to me. She was saying before that she wanted to remove her nose.

i think for most people Also the implants on her face are really ugly

I for one find her modification fascinating. Has anyone noticed the coincidence of her modification to her relationship with her new bf? who happens to be her modifier? I suspect she is doing the extreme modification according to his desires. That is something I find to be a tremendous turnon.
