What is lollipop surgery?
One of the various ways to reshape a breast, one of the most scarring. They remove a pie shaped slice of skin from the boob below the nipple, cut around the nipple, raise it, then stitch it and the two flaps of skin together. The result is a distinctive lollipop shaped scar on each boob. Google it.

What I found most interesting is, that the motive on her nipples looks completely different to what’s outside, as if it’s not her nipples. That’s really different!

That's why I mentioned the lollipop scar. It means she had her breasts fully tattooed before she got the surgery. That's why the tattoo doesnt line up anymore. Her areola was probably much bigger before too. Surgeon will reduce the diameter of it before sewing it back in.
