Basically Shannon's ex-wife, gold digger that she is, decided to take control of the site through legal attacks. She grew up rich, and has apparently run out of money, so is trying to get some out of BME. In all likely hood, she'll lose the lawsuit, but whether or not BME dies before then remains to be seen.

Keep in mind, that I don't know either of the parties personally, and that this is what I've gleaned from reading the forums and blogs that discuss the matter.

If BME does go to the wall .. their loss might just be our "gain" .. with a massive increase in our Membership ..

We must be one of,if not THE leading Piercing/Tattoo fan Site on the Net now & we stand to get even bigger & better ... this would lead to a greatly increased knowledge base and a great increase in our Photographic "Library" ...watch this space Folks ...
