Taken from comics called Ruo-chan Kumo nii Naru (るおちゃんくもになる) and Smile ♥ Butapan (笑って♥ぶたぱん)

I especially like the idea of the punched out lacey pussy lips, by heating the punch up first to cauterise the wound for it to stay in-shape.

Sorry I don't know of any translators that are this advanced and can actually translate sexual references properly.
I don't know Japanese either... its too bad no one has translated these comics in to English.
