Did u go on the link I posted ? It isn't slave butterfly. And I doubt it is photoshopped, since there are more than 200 pics of her.

It's definitely photoshopped.
First of all, as others point out, it's Slave Butterfly's cunt. There's no way around that.
Secondly - look at the pics on flickr. Notice the smudges and "halo" around the tats and the strange miscolored pixels - clear sign of copy/pasting them from somewhere else.
