It's time for another "Who is she?"

I just discovered a old pic of a favorite and the two prong question is, who is she (her name address and phone number is optional....), and does anyone have more photos of her?

I've got the same picture.
As far as I can remember there was an imagefap gallery that displayed her in many pictures years ago. I once saw it, couldn't save it and never found it again.
What do remember is that in one gallery it said that she was Canadian and I think her name was something like "Mandy" or "Manda".
I hope this could help. If I find my old pics again, I'll post some.
