Chain through nose and mouth

When I saw the lovely pictures of the girls with tongue splits in this thread:

I saw the picture (tumblr_lohpvezZE91qlbn8n.jpg) with a girl having a chain in at the nose and out of the mouth - awesome I think
It reminds me of something I have seen or read at the Internet about womens having chains in and out of the nose. Maybe it was India stile ? Can anybody add something about this kind of adorment?

I recall pictures (might even have been a video) where the two end of a leather thong were inserted up the nostrils and then pulled out of the mouth with forceps recehing them as they passed down the back of the throat. The thong could then have the slack taken out to leave two strings hanging from the mouth. Plenty of possibilities for that!
Will look but it was a long time ago so don't hold too much hope

i did see a picture once of a gag held in place using a string trough troat and nose like you described...was ver hot
you can also reverse the principle
having a chain, which connects on the back of her throat, coming out of her nose
not really a piercing but still very interesting
