that lady is German. I remember her posting somewhere some time ago, saying that she was living from social welfare and trying to make some extra money with her pictures. You could ask her to send some pictures, after a while she was requesting money. Then I stopped asking for pictures.

nice piercings. but the rest of her body and exspecially her face is really really ugly and a great turn off.

You're worried about her face? Well then keep her hooded!
Same with her body. This IS a site about body modification isn't it? Make her into whatever tpye of body you want!
If she's on welfare I am sure there are many of us who would be happy to take her off the welfare rolls and give her a place to stay!
How about making her a community project of the perves on Pierced Forum?
