I love the existing tattoo but I'm not sure oriental dragons would fit in with the style of flowers there. Why not go for a flower theme, make a flower garden, have a huge red flower on one cheek surrounded with greenery and the same on the other cheek?

Or a greenery and flower theme on one and a blue water theme and lilypad on the other?
