My next favorite is Isobel Varley. Old but with really sexy tattoos.
I think, these tattoos are not really for public. Isobel wears normaly a wing. The other women like Jinxi an our anknown can show the tattooed scalps in public with acceptance because the are really look beautiful. I think, every woman with a good head shape should tattoo her head.

Hey thanks. I was able to find a bit more about her now, apparently she got the scalp tattoo (of a Phoenix) to symbolize her "rebirth" after winning a battle with cancer. Now I'm even more impressed. Great story, beautiful girl, brave person.
