I'm afraid it's not very realistic to have a piercing like this for a woman, but it's a great fantasy. I'm afraid that these days, without BME, even if there is someone out there, we will never know. I have some pics of deeper than usual nipple piercings, but they don't come close.

Samantha James "Tixie" Has vertical nipple piercings in her huge fake tits. Not much of her online though sadly

This is what I have. Some are just a bit deeper than usual, but appear to be deep. Some go really deep down. This is an extremely rare type of nipple piercing.
