I agree I'm afraid it's not very realistic to have a piercing like this for a woman, but it's a great fantasy. I'm afraid that these days, without BME, even if there is someone out there, we will never know. I have some pics of deeper than usual nipple piercings, but they don't come close.

This is what I have. Some are just a bit deeper than usual, but appear to be deep. Some go really deep down. This is an extremely rare type of nipple piercing.
