I'm glad that we've reached the agreement regarding the word "dermals".

Dermal punches on nipples definitely were done, here's one from bme, 6ga (4mm diameter):

I wish there was more... There's also Himiko, but she deserves a separate thread.

Just a quick FYI, Todd Bertrang used a scapel not a dermal punch when doing large gauge piercings.
Does any one know if he's out of prison yet? It seems he was caught and covicted of removing a few clitorises.
