You could get inspiration from looking at as much tattoo pics you can find. Your tattoo artist could give you some ideas too.
Googling for "bodypaint bra" / "bodypaint bikini" also generates some interesting results.

Getting yourself a (free) subscription to BMEzine is worth the buck too if you looking for categorized tattoo pics. In the free mode you can view 75-100 pics in each gallery. For $10 (30 days) you can get yourself a shitload of inspiration. Also check out bodymod.org while you're at it.

Her lower back allready has a floral theme so why not continue in that style ? A nice example is this well know lady :
