Just to answer some of your questions:
I've been wearing a collar for almost 6 years now 24/7, but it is not really permanent but the kind that is closed with two small screws. As I'm currently quite busy working out and losing some weight (you might call this body modification as well…), I had to switch to a smaller size some time ago.
I experimented with an undercut but it just didn't feel comfortable. Depending on my mood, I keep my hair somewhere between a longish bob and about shoulder length.
Usually, I only post pictures on flickr and some more explicit ones on Amateur Album (you can find the links somewhere in this thread.
As for the nipple piercings, they will be stretched to a greater gauge as planned, but I'm not quite sure yet when I will do this (stretching my nipple piercings is far more difficult than stretching the ones on my labia…).
Currently, I'm thinking about getting more ink (not sure what exactly and where) and having my fourchette redone.
If you have any other questions, just ask and I might come around to answer them sooner or later.
