I can tell you all:
it is the top cap of a spray-can, the H-shaped object is the sticker of an anti-shoplifting system still atached ( i wonder if it's on the inside or outside....)
theese things can be a real hassle to remove as they tend to have sharp edges and even sharper little burrs left over from production... and the tissue of bodycavities tends to moove in around it... get the picture?
so, ladys and gentlemen(!) keep those spraycans out of dark tight places - unless you get a special kick out of hearing emergency room personel snicker and giggle of course.....
