my frenum

my new frenum piercing. 
6 months ago I did my frenulum and the healing process was quite ok, but then after 4 months I lost my piercing while having sex. The skin where it was fixed was also gone... Pretty painful. So fact is: (I think) a new frenulum can't be done because the skin is gone, and now I'm looking for a new genital piercing... Which one do you recommand (aftercare, healing process, sex,...) ???
