Im 90% sure this account is fake and the skin is altered digitally.

It's not a bad job but it's not great.
Check out the lighting and how it is kind of smoothly tapered. Then check the accounts following list. It's full of other tattooed women. That's more of a thing we do. Most tattooed women follow a variety of people.
