what I see there's only "princess alberina piercing" piercing enters through uthera goes down end exit through vagina canal.
nothing what was ask in first post.

I am not a doctor thus don't know anatomy in detail, but from your description I think this kind of piercing is not possible

Many many years ago, I read a fictional story that ended with such a piercing.
But I think the closest piercing with a well-known name is the "Isabella".
Like what you describe, except the urethra.
