No I mean wherever the nipples are stretched and pulled through a tube and then a ring or barbell is used to prevent the nipple from retracting

SDly after several consultations I just do not have long enough nipple tissue to be able to be fitted wit tube like nipple jewellery like MS M

My nipples/Areola do however pull out to distinctive cones - so we are considering
a stack of 3 loose rings between my breast and nipple piercings - each ring slightly larger so that my pulled areola would fill the three rings and my pierced nipple with a thick permanent ring would project. On top of the 3 ring stack

Master us very keen on the permanent aspect if modifying my nippples and possibly my clit like this

As well once healed my nipples would be enlarged into some what a round balls shape with Firm Prefecta injections

Yes similar to what Master has in mind for me

However using a cone shaped metal tube to make use of my areola pulled unto the cone in order to maximize the amount of nipple flesh projecting from the cone

And I mentioned earlier use of an injectable cosmetic body filler to enlarge and shape my protruding nipples into larger round balls

Both for visual enhancement as well to prevent me from any ability to casually remove the nipple jewellery ensuring 24/7 - permanent

The body filler injections will likely have to be redone periodically just like what must be done for lip Injections in order to keep my nipple balls firm and round
