This is a strange one. And quite revolting (to me).
The profile says she's French. The tattoos on her upper thighs seem to spell out "Meine Ehre Nannt Treue" - which is a, umm..., non-German-literate false transcription of the German "Meine Ehre Heißt Treue". Which was the slogan or vow of the German SS or Waffen-SS. So a hard-core Nazi slogan.
