I think this woman's tattoos have been posted in some other thread, I just can't recall which one. So sorry if this is a repost. Anyone have any idea of her ID? I think she was in an article about her artist and her tattoos, very interesting stuff. I think she is in Europe (France) but I'm not certain of that.

Not blacked out. She's got a red peony (done by Gakkin, I'm pretty sure) right above it though.
