How about a line of 5 or 6 rings in each inner and outer labia? Then stretch them up a bit so you jingle when you walk, all that metal should keep you wet all the time.

I like the idea of more genital piercings, and then stretching all the piercings. As for as tattoos, I would just keep filling in spaces until you run out of room!
