Did you try titanium instead of steel? Its weight is 58% that of steel.

Titanium or steel,...it is not a matter of weight anymore. My nipple holes are currently at 17.5 mm. If I wear smaller jewelery than 16mm fore more than a few hours, then the holes shrink back and it is pretty painful and takes more than two days to stretch them back to 16mm or even 17.5mm. So from now on I will wear only tunnels in them. Hubby is going to make me some 18mm tunnels as soon as the materials arrive.

Of course I will put the12mm rings in, make some nice photos and share them with you.
